Step by Step on how to bring this to your school

Art as medicine has recently been spotlighted, especially for its positive correlation associated with memory and astounding effects on the brain. Volunteer service also improves mental health, life satisfaction, healthy behaviors, and coping ability. Students experience high levels of stress, and would greatly benefit from this practice. However, because time and effort are required to engage in volunteer art, students who might benefit from this practice may not be motivated to engage in it without guidance. Therefore, why not bring this amazing opportunity to your school? Coupled with volunteer service through art, the benefits on mental health that follow will allow students to gain a new skill, find an outlook for stress relief, expression in a safe environment, and the power to help young children around the world.
